Our Company Structure
Retirement Income Group was established in 2014 and operates two companies; Lifetime Asset Management Limited, a Fund Manager, which is regulated by the Financial Markets Authority and Lifetime Income Limited, an Insurance company, which is regulated by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.
Lifetime Asset Management managers two Funds, Lifetime Income Fund, which includes a Guarantee Retirement Income (Variable Annuity), that gives scheme members an income for life. It also manages a superannuation scheme, Garrison Bridge Superannuation Scheme, that specialises in UK pension transfers.
Lifetime Income Limited holds the Insurance Licence for the Guarantee Retirement Income (Variable Annuity) in the Lifetime Income Fund, and is also white labelled through established third-party savings schemes, Britannia and Simplicity. Further to this Lifetime Income Limited was approved by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand to take over the management of Foundation’s life guarantee and annuity business in 2017.
